...after an exhausting flight of 9hours and some waitin at jfk we finally made it to NY!
the line for a taxi was about 30min or so we didnt wanna wait and checked a special taxi at our own ;-)- yes NY is NOT texas!! the traffic is horrible- so are the streets...!!
at 50 $ it wasnt that cheap but it was fast and cheaper then austrian airort taxi!!
our hotel is fine- claudia is happy with her big 4 parna bed!!!
it was 5 oclock NY time - we were tired and exhausted- it was 23.00 european time- but we wanted to see something from NY and walked up to the subway -bought our 7day metro ticket (was easy!) and headed to http://www.southstreetseaport.com/ were we did our first shopping!!
the view was amazing and we were happy to be here! we had our first NY chili and cheese hotdogs also!!
after that we were so tired (was 4.00 europ time) we drive back to the hotel and take a nice shower and fall into bed...
so today we wanna see the liberty statue and some more...watch out!!!
